About InAsia

Thailand property, selected with purpose

InAsia helps international buyers compare property in Thailand with a focused, commercially minded approach.

What we do

A focused alternative to a mass catalogue

We work with international buyers looking at Thailand for a holiday home, long-term use, relocation, capital preservation or investment.

Our launch markets are Phuket and Pattaya. The initial focus is developer property — both off-plan and completed — with selected resale and individual listings added where the information can be verified.

The goal is not to show every project. It is to narrow the market to options that fit the buyer’s brief and can be compared on product, developer, location, ownership, price and commercial terms.

International buyers

Built around the realities of buying property abroad

Buying a significant asset in another country involves more than choosing a floor plan. Buyers need to understand ownership, delivery, contracts, payment terms, management and what happens after the purchase.

We structure the search around those questions from the start, because reducing uncertainty is part of the product.

How we think

Lifestyle and economics belong in the same decision

A property can be attractive to live in but weak as an investment, or commercially interesting but unsuitable for the way you want to use it. We look at both sides.

Where rental or resale performance matters, we separate assumptions from facts and avoid presenting projected returns as certainty.

Experience

Practical market experience, not a personal-broker model

InAsia is an international team built on more than 12 years of practical experience in Thailand real estate, working with international buyers, agencies and developers.

We combine local market knowledge with an international buyer perspective and keep the process clear from the first comparison through transaction and handover.
