Banyan Group

Banyan Group is an international hospitality and branded-residences group associated with the Laguna Phuket integrated destination on Phuket’s west coast. Laguna Phuket combines hotels, residential developments and leisure infrastructure, including Laguna Golf Phuket.

Residences at Garrya Phuket forms part of this destination. The Building 8 (Wisteria) brochure identifies Phuket Grand Resort Limited (PGRL) as the developing entity for that building; contractual counterparties for other phases should be checked separately. InAsia uses Banyan Group as the group-level developer profile, while retaining this distinction for buyers assessing ownership and contractual arrangements.

The presence of an established hospitality group is a factor to consider, but it does not replace independent review of the lease terms, development documents, operator agreements or future costs.
