Lunique Real Estate is a Thailand-based property developer with projects in Pattaya and Bangkok. The company marked its tenth anniversary in 2026. Its official portfolio includes SKYPARK Lucean Jomtien Pattaya, The Scholar Don Mueang and the VIRIUM estate-management offering, reflecting a focus on both residential design and services for property owners.

SKYPARK Lucean is the group’s major high-rise project in Pattaya: two towers of 60 and 31 floors in its first phase, around 200 metres from Jomtien Beach. Lunique developed the project in collaboration with the SKYPARK residential brand of Banyan Group, bringing together sea-view apartments, multiple sky-level swimming pools and shared wellness, leisure and working spaces.
