About Siamese Bangtao
Siamese Bangtao is a low-rise condominium development in the Layan–Bang Tao area of Phuket, developed by Siamese Stone Developments. The project comprises three buildings and 272 residences, with a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and duplex units.
The development is delivered with the involvement of Siamese Asset, Ritta and Cornerstone. Siamese Asset brings development experience across residential, mixed-use and hospitality projects; Ritta contributes major construction expertise; and Cornerstone provides project-management experience. The official project materials position these companies as key members of the delivery team.
The amenity programme is unusually extensive for a low-rise project and includes five swimming pools, wellness facilities, a gym, padel court, golf simulator, outdoor cinema, coworking and meeting spaces, as well as pet-friendly areas. The project is scheduled for completion in Q2 2027.
Layan–Bang Tao, Phuket
Siamese Bangtao is located in the Layan–Bang Tao area of Phuket, close to the established lifestyle infrastructure of Laguna and Cherng Talay. The area combines access to the west-coast beaches with restaurants, shopping, international education, wellness and sports facilities.
