Casa de Monte Phuket is a private collection of 37 pool villas in Koh Kaew, within Mueang Phuket district. The residential neighborhood is positioned for buyers who want a family home with space, privacy and access to schools and everyday services, rather than a beachfront holiday condominium.

Five Tuscan-inspired villa designs offer three or four bedrooms, one or two storeys and private land plots of approximately 280–600 m².
