Vibe Downtown Karon — Pre-sale

Karon has an appeal that goes beyond a short beach holiday. Restaurants, local services and a well-established resort neighbourhood make it possible to settle into an everyday rhythm, while the beach remains close enough to be part of that routine. Vibe Downtown Karon is designed around this balance: a compact private residence supported by shared spaces you can genuinely use.

The project plans two residential buildings with eight floors each and 299 apartments. Layouts range from 26 m² studios to 51–52 m² two-bedroom residences, with one-bedroom and one-bedroom-plus formats in between. This gives buyers different ways to use a property: as a convenient personal retreat, a home for longer stays, or a future rental asset subject to local rules, actual demand and management costs.

Planned facilities include two swimming pools, fitness and wellness areas, a padel court, a cinema, a café, coworking and a meeting room, a games room, a children's playground and a shuttle to the beach. The mix is intended to make days at home as appealing as trips out. The developer's current materials indicate approximately 1 km to the beach. Specific walking routes and distances should be checked for the selected residence.

Vibe Downtown Karon is at pre-sale stage. Construction is scheduled to start in Q3 2027 with completion targeted for Q4 2029. An environmental impact assessment has been submitted, and approval is awaited. The first contractual instalment is scheduled only after EIA approval. As with any off-plan purchase, confirmed title, final specification, contractual milestones and the developer's most recent availability should be reviewed before committing.
